Rental Agreement

When you rent items from us, you enter into a rental agreement that includes:

• Delivery and pickup schedules
• Payment terms and conditions
• Responsibility for care and return of items
• Liability and insurance requirements

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit is required to secure your reservation
• Full payment is due before delivery
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified
• All prices are subject to change without notice until confirmed in writing

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event information and access to the event location
• Ensuring the rental items are used appropriately and not damaged
• Notifying us immediately of any issues or damages
• Allowing access for delivery and pickup at agreed times

Damage and Loss

Rental items must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items. Charges for repair or replacement will be assessed based on the current replacement value.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary based on the rental agreement:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may receive a full refund minus processing fees
• Cancellations made 14-30 days before the event may receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Braxylontraxylon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or rental items.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Braxylontraxylon and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
