Braxylontraxylon provides rental services for event furniture and décor. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning rental items and processing refunds.
Rental items are provided for a specified period as agreed upon in your rental contract. Items must be available for pickup at the agreed location and time. Failure to make items available may result in additional charges.
All rental items must be returned in the same condition as received, with normal wear and tear expected. Items should be:

Damage charges are calculated based on repair costs or replacement value, whichever is less.

If you return items earlier than the agreed rental period, no partial refunds are provided. The full rental period is charged regardless of actual usage time.
Items returned after the agreed return date are subject to additional daily rental charges at 150% of the standard daily rate until items are returned.
We provide pickup service as part of our rental agreement. If you need to arrange alternative pickup times, contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day pickup changes may incur additional fees.
If rental items are lost or stolen while in your possession, you are responsible for the full replacement value of the items. We recommend securing rental items in a safe location.
If you disagree with any damage charges or return assessments, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the assessment. We will review your concerns and work to resolve any disputes fairly.
